Content Coordinator INTERN
OTW is seeking a talented and motivated Content Coordinator Intern to join our team. You will be a valuable part of our team, helping to propel forward digital media projects and building your skills as a digital media creative and producer.
Position Details: Remote and in-office, Monday through Friday
Three months in duration
Hours: 40 hours/week max. (to be determined)
(32 hours per week during Virtual Film School training)
Wage: $22.00/hour plus vacation pay of 4%
Start Date: January, 2025
Responsibilities:

As a Content Coordinator Intern, you will be an integral part of our creative team, responsible for:

Pitch Document Creation:
-
Work with Producers to develop pitch packages for future media projects by conducting research, writing summaries, and assembling the text elements needed for a pitch document.

Create visually appealing graphics and design elements for the pitch document using Canva or similar design software.

Ask for feedback from Producers on the work

Follow past examples but bring new and creative ideas to the projects.

Digital Project Coordination:

Assist in the planning and execution of digital media projects.

Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant degree or diploma program.

Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong interest in digital media, content and graphic design.

Excellent grasp of the English language and written word.

Strong research skills and relevant experience.

Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics.

Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
